All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During product launches or periods of high order volume, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
From time to time, we may offer additional free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, Take Chances Apparel is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Take Chances Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package during delivery.
